Job Requirements

Any Graduate, Diploma in Sales & Marketing Management
Above 7 years of proven sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
Background in FMCG, cleaning products, hygiene, or chemical-related industry preferred.
Experience in managing both B2B and B2C channels.
Familiarity with industrial cleaning solutions and institutional clients (hospitals, hotels, factories).
Strong distributor and retail network.

Job Description

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
Identify and secure new business opportunities across retail, wholesale, corporate, and institutional markets.
Manage, motivate, and train sales representatives to maximize performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply agreements with customers and partners.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer insights to adjust sales strategies.
Coordinate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, product launches, and trade shows.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Publics Holidays
