Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
- In-depth knowledge of modern trade channels, key account management, and trade marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with excel reporting for tracking customer data, managing sales pipelines, and generating performance reports.
Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to ensure the achievement of revenue and market share targets in modern trade outlets and key accounts
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to design effective strategies, set short- and long-term sales goals, and plan product launches and seasonal campaigns
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, and major retail partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage key account negotiations, including pricing, terms, and contracts, to ensure profitable and sustainable relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by expanding the brand’s presence in new retail outlets, distributor networks, and additional channels within the beverage sector.
- Oversee the sales budget for promotions and events, ensuring optimal resource allocation and return on investment (ROI).
- Oversee trade promotions and ensure product visibility and availability in modern trade channels.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis, and use this information to adjust sales strategies and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Lead, coach, and motivate sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure high levels of performance and job satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and trade marketing initiatives aimed at boosting brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with logistics and production for timely delivery, and provide feedback to product development based on market insights.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to increase brand awareness and build relationships with potential customers and partners.
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks as required by business needs.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
