Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
Proven experience in agent management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Results-driven with a customer-centric mindset.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Salary is up to around 10L to 13L depending on experience.

Job Descriptions

Oversee day-to-day operations, goal setting, performance evaluation of agents
Execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Deliver to achieve short- and long-term channel sales targets and evaluates effectiveness of current programs.
Work closely with the team to set and achieve sales targets, monitoring performance of agents and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Identify high value leads and potential agents and develop strategies for converting those connections into productive and profitable relationships.
Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and trends, propose sales approaches accordingly to District Manager.
Facilitate to provide necessary training programs to enhance product knowledge of Agents.
Foster collaboration with other departments, particularly marketing and training development, to optimize sales effectiveness. Drive and involve in sales and marketing campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents for the purpose of generating maximum revenue and stakeholders.
Provide regular reports to District Manager on sales performance, market trends, and future strategies.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
