Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in sales management(3)year, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends to make strategic decisions.
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Job Description

Team Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and maximize their potential.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to enhance their sales skills and performance.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales team.

Sales Strategy:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and finance to align sales efforts with overall business goals.

Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
• Understand client needs and objectives, and propose tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Sales Performance Analysis:
• Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs to track progress towards targets and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular sales reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to drive performance improvement.

Market Expansion:
• Identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion and growth in existing and new markets.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and acquire new customers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted marketing campaigns and promotional activities to support sales efforts.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

 

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holiday
