Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 to 5 years in sales and managerial role.
- Must be under 33 years old.
- Wholesales and Modern Trade Channel.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Job Descriptions
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to adjust strategies.
- Train and mentor sales team members.
- Set individual and team sales targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present sales reports to Business Coordinator.
- Manage budgets, pricing, and profitability within the sales department.
Working Hours: 8:30AM-5:00 PM
Holidays: Sun, Public Holidays
