Requirements
- Any graduated & Diploma in sales & marketing management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property sales (condo/apartment experience preferred)
- Previously worked with a real estate company or developer.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiar with sales documentation and legal procedures (booking forms, contracts, etc.)
- Fluent in Burmese; English is a bonus.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries and follow up on qualified leads generated by the marketing team.
- Schedule and manage on-site property visits with potential buyers.
- Provide professional consultation on property details, pricing, mortgage support, and legal processes.
- Guide clients through the entire sales process, from first interest to final handover.
- Coordinate with internal marketing, legal, and construction teams for updated project info
- Maintain client relationships and after-sales support.
- Support company growth by mentoring junior sales members (if applicable).
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday and Public Holidays
