Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Can communicate with English Language.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of senior sales manager position in the hospitality industry or any related field
- New Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients through networking and attending industry events.
- Client Relationship Management: Strengthen relationships with existing clients to enhance customer loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver impactful presentations showcasing the hotel’s facilities, services, and unique value propositions.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities.
- Proposal and Contract Management: Develop and negotiate contracts while ensuring alignment with hotel policies.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular updates to management.
- Target Achievement: Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
- Team Leadership (Manager Role): Develop sales strategies, provide guidance and training to the team, and promote collaboration across departments to achieve business objectives.
Working Hour :8:30A.M to 5:00P.M
Holiday : A day per week
