Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field or
Any graduate

• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently

meeting or exceeding targets

• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively

at all levels of the organization

• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

• Strong business sense and industry expertise

• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

• Achieving Growth And Hitting Sales Targets By Successfully Managing The Sales Team

• Overseeing The Sales Team, Motivating Them To Meet Goals, And Building Relationships

With Clients

• Setting Sales Goals For The Team And Monitoring Their Progress

• Analyzing Sales Data And Customer Preferences To Identify Opportunities For Improvement

• Creating Plans To Acquire New Customers And Execute Sales Strategies To Meet Revenue

Targets

• Preparing Budgets, Approving Expenditures, And Optimizing Costs

• Working With Marketing And Advertising Teams To Create Sales Campaigns And

Promotions

• Handling Customer Complaints And Resolving Challenges That Arise

• Planning And Coordinating Training Programs For Sales Staff

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays : Saturday , Sunday& Public Holidays
