Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Any Graduates)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in livestock products Sales is preferred but not mandatory
• Proven leadership skills
• Strong passion to achieve target and Long-term perspective.
• Energetic, flexible, result-oriented and commitment with ‘Can Do’ attitude
• Good Communication and presentation skills in English & Local Language.
• Strong inter-personal skills and having service minded.
• Ability to organize, multitask, priorities and work under pressure.
• Computer skill (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Descriptions

• Lead the team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Identify high-potential customers, build strategic relationships, and drive sustainable sales growth.
• Develop and implement effective sales techniques, monitor team performance, and provide guidance for continuous improvement based on customer feedback.
• Regularly visit the market to assess customer needs, gather insights, and align product offerings with market demand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure timely product delivery, manage inventory, and prevent shortages.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of accurate and timely sales data and performance reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly).
• Foster long-term relationships by understanding customer needs, addressing their concerns, and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Manage credit accounts, monitor receivables, and resolve credit-related issues effectively.
• Mentor and train the sales team, driving a high-performance culture and professional growth.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by senior management.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
