Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality industry.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Able to work under pressure.
Able to travel.
Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and best practices.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Good business sense Initiative, drive and enthusiasm.
Knowledge of customer relationship management and other relevant sales technologies.
Knowledge of Digital Marketing Skills .(more prefer)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Description

A clear understanding of the hotel’s business strategies then set goals and determine action plans to meet those goals.
Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Implements all sales action plans related to my market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.
Conducts daily sales calls and arranges site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients.
Attending all department and hotel meetings as necessary.
Targeting key accounts potential for the company.
Acquiring and developing new business accounts and preparing sales proposals for clients.
Monitor and manage the Facebook page and able to reply to customer inquiries.
Closely following up on all business leads within a 24-hour response time line to clients.
Salary negotiable based on experience.

Working Hour : 8:30A.M to 5:00P.M
Holiday : Saturday and Sunday, Public Holidays.
