Job Descriptions
• Greet customers warmly, identify their needs through effective questioning, and recommend suitable products and accessories.
• Brand promoting & demonstrate products, negotiate pricing, close sales, process transactions, and conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets by generating leads and converting inquiries into sales.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Job Requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of automotive accessories and market trends.
• Negotiation and closing skills.
• Marketing knowledge (digital marketing, social media, event promotion).
• Determination, integrity, and a customer-focused approach.
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Holidays: Sunday & Gazetted holidays
