• Thorough knowledge in the industry and a good knowledge of the target market.
• Sales experience and Site experience is (1) year advantageous.
Job Descriptions
• Learn and understand the technical details and terms regarding how the company’s business and services work and how it will best cater to our clients for their benefits.
• Write reports to assist in creating new sales and marketing strategies that target customers and position our products and services as the best solutions for prospective clients.
• Manage customer relations by soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data received.
• Regularly visit potential customers and customers to introduce company’s new products and services.
• Maintain a good relationship with customers.
• Generate high-quality sales lead and follow up after initial meeting.
• Identify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction and get recurring orders, explore areas with high potential for business development, then communicate those issues and possible solutions to upper management.
• Achieve sales goals and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Communicate with design team, and factory team to produce accurate orders and invoices suited to customers’ site requirements.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
