Job Description
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote beauty cosmetics products
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and sales.
- Achievement of the sell-out target.
- Establish sales targets and make sales plans for every customer.
- Digital platforms to reach the potential clients visible and drive sales.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, websites and email marketing
- Stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences in the beauty cosmetics industry.
- Analyze sales data to enhance the sales improvement of the company.
- Must be able to meet sales targets set by the company.
- Preparing and presenting reports on marketing activities to General Manager
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business/ Marketing or any related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing
- Strong interpersonal skills, self-starter, and ability to work successfully with little supervision
- Good in Microsoft Office suite and English 4 skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Working Hours : 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays : Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
