Job Descriptions
- Meet or exceed sales target and need to focus on Number of new customers secured.
- Prepare quotation and deliver the company proposal to customer, depending on their needs and wants.
- Analyzing the vendor quotation and negotiation service agreement.
- Solve the customers complain on time if there is happen.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing/ potential customers, airlines, shipping lines, and business partners
- Keep in touch with CS team for the operation process in cross-border shipments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Maintain sales records, customer data and report in the sales one drive.
- Attend trade events and meet with customer appointment to get the new business.
- Checking the vendors’ invoice and send the cost invoices to finance then invoicing the billing invoice to customer.
- Must be interest to grow sales plan of organization.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of Sales & Marketing experience in Freight Forwarding (must be)
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or Business
- Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management
- Excellent Sales and communication skills
- Business English
- Self-motivated and driven
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Internet & Email writing
Working Hours: 8:30AM ~ 5:30PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
