Job Descriptions
- Conduct market research to understand market/customer requirements, business opportunities and threats to develop potential trade lanes in line with the business plan.
- Analyze customer needs and preferences to develop effective sales strategies.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide/share information to/with internal and external stakeholders (customers, principal) in an accurate, consistent, and timely manner to meet KPI, inter-department service standards, etc. to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service standards.
- Ensure a consistency of service quality and drive organizations quality improvement initiatives, to continually delight customers.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs for improvement
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
