Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (2years) in insurance sales or marketing is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Knowledge of insurance products and market trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and Social media apps.
Job Description
- Identify and approach potential clients for life, health, and general insurance products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to close deals.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through networking, cold calling, and field visits.
- Provide accurate insurance policy information and customized recommendations based on customer needs.
- Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and client servicing.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional content and materials.
- Participate in trade shows, community events, and other lead-generating activities.
- Use digital marketing tools (e.g., social media, email marketing,) to engage with prospects.
- Track and analyze marketing performance and suggest improvements.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
- Act as a liaison between the client and underwriting/claims departments.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Working Hours: 9:00AM ~ 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
