Job Requirements

Job Descriptions

Setting up weekly marketing plan, making sure the team is on track and reporting to MD of the weekly progress
Keeping close relationships and following up with key account customers to grow the business
Identifying business opportunities and target market to sell printing machines
Managing stock machine list and stock ordering
Building customer data base and entry for sales amounts, delivery machine list, contract file, car rental file and old customer list.
Preparing quotation form for the new customers according to their interests in machines
Selling materials to existing customers to keep consistent revenue stream
Collaborating with other departments for delivery and logistics of our machines to the customer
Providing after sales service
Handling Complaints
Maintaining organization’s social media accounts and websites, handling customer’s queries
Organizing company conferences, trade shows and major events
Reporting competitor’s information and daily activities to our MD.
Cash collecting to the customer and have to say to pay cash balance
Digital marketing for billboard project and printing machine
Arrangement to delivery machine for the customer
Search Highway Car Station for distribution machine
Have to rent Crane and forklift according to our machine size.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
