Job Requirements

- Proficient in power station technologies, products, and market dynamics.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Job Description
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and growth in the power station business.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and competition while staying updated on industry trends.
- Cultivate strong client relationships and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Motivate sales and marketing teams to achieve goals and execute effective marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.
- Manage budget and provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends. Implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including email and social media campaigns, and analyze performance metrics.
Working Hour : 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holiday : Sunday & Public Holidays
