Job Description

Must be understood travel & tour industry and be able to set strategy & sale targets.
Must be developed sales & marketing target plans.
Manage daily sales calls & responsible for corporate sales.
Undertake diligent market research to stay updated with industry trends and generate prospective leads.
Promote the company’s brand and introduce our services to the market by professionally.
Maintain relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
Coordinate for implementing the tour packages, negotiating rates, arranging travel, providing customer support and etc.
Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently with great attention to detail.

Job Requirement

Any bachelor degree and other related Diploma and certificate.
At least 3 years of sale & marketing, experience with strong knowledge.
Must have knowledge about travel & tour industry.
English language skill is strong.
Knowledge in domestic and international airlines booking systems.
Fluent in English and must be proficient in Microsoft office, Internet & Email and any other software related to visa officer.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Experience in travel & tour industry will be preferred

Working Hours: 9:00 Am to 5:00PM

Holidays: Sunday & Public holidays
