Job Description
- Must be understood travel & tour industry and be able to set strategy & sale targets
- Must be developed sales & marketing target plans
- Manage daily sales calls & responsible for corporate sales
- Undertake diligent market research to stay updated with industry trends and generate prospective leads.
- Promote the company’s brand and introduce our services to the market by professionally
- Maintain relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Coordinate for implementing the tour packages, negotiating rates, arranging travel, providing customer support and etc.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently with great attention to detail
Job Requirement
- Any bachelor degree and other related Diploma and certificate
- At least 3 years of sale & marketing, experience with strong knowledge
- Must have knowledge about travel & tour industry
- English language skill is a must
- Knowledge in domestic and international airlines booking systems
- Fluent in English and must be proficient in Microsoft office, Internet & Email and any other software related to visa officer.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience in travel & tour industry will be preferred
Working Hours: 9:00 Am to 5:00PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public holidays
