Job Requirements

Any Graduate, especially with a Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Must have over 3-year experience with marketing industry and have to know basically about car market.
Must be active, patient & good communication skills to work with team at every situation.
Needs to work with team & must to have good reporting skills

Job Responsibilities

Create & implement strategic marketing plans to meet sale revenues.
Conduct regular performance reviews & provide feedback
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, & customer needs to identify new business opportunities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and generate leads for the showroom
Plan and manage advertising campaigns across digital and traditional channels (Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, billboards, etc.)
Collaborate with the sales team to plan promotions, events, and offers to attract customers
Oversee social media content creation, post scheduling, and customer engagement
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
Organize showroom events (test drive days, car exhibitions, product launches, etc.)
Build partnerships with media, influencers, and local communities for brand exposure
Manage marketing budget effectively and report on ROI of campaigns
Coordinate with graphic designers and media teams to ensure brand consistency
Maintain and update website and online listings (e.g., Facebook Marketplace, Auto websites)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
