Job Description
- Construction Company များ၊ Real Estate Developer များနှင့် B2B Client Relationship များ တည်ဆောက်ခြင်း
- Individual Customers များအတွက် B2C Sales Strategy များ ချမှတ်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း
- Sales & Marketing Strategy များ ရေးဆွဲပြီး လုပ်ငန်းတိုးတက်အောင် ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း
- Client အသစ်များ ရှာဖွေဖန်တီးခြင်း နှင့် Existing Client များကို ထိန်းသိမ်းတိုးချဲ့ခြင်း
- Sales Target များ ပြည့်မီစေရန် Team ကို ဦးဆောင်စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း
- Market Trend နှင့် Competitor Analysis များ ပြုလုပ်ပြီး Management သို့ Report တင်ပြခြင်း
Job Requirements
- Business Administration, Marketing သို့မဟုတ် ဆက်စပ်ဘွဲ့ရရှိသူ
- Sales & Marketing Manager အဖြစ် အနည်းဆုံး (5) နှစ်နှင့်အထက် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ
- Construction / Building Materials / Real Estate Industry တွင် B2B & B2C Sales အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
- Communication နှင့် Negotiation Skill ကောင်းမွန်သူ
- Leadership Skill ရှိပြီး Sales Team ကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲနိုင်သူ
- B2B နှင့် B2C Sales အတွေ့အကြုံ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday(half), Sunday & Public Holidays
