Job Requirements
• Any Graduate and Degree/ Certificate in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Master Business Administration will be plus
• Above 7 years’ experience in Construction, Concrete & Pile field as Sales & Marketing Management.
• Experience running successful marketing campaigns.
• Experience in market analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in English.
• The ability to think strategically.
• Commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaign creativity.
Job Descriptions
• Overseeing marketing department.
• Evaluating and developing marketing strategy and marketing plan.
• Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts.
• Competitor research.
• Must be able to successfully meet the sales target set by the company.
• Working with sales department to develop pricing strategics to maximize profits and market.
• Share while balancing customer satisfaction & identifying potential customers.
• Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
• Building brand awareness and positioning.
• Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
• Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish.
• Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
