Key Responsibilities
- Strong background in sales and distribution of construction materials such as cement, steel, tiles, roofing, sanitary ware, and hardware products.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
- Set realistic sales targets, monitor progress, and provide regular performance reports.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support strategic decisions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and management teams to support business growth.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and management reports.
- Ensure the team follows company policies, customer service standards, and best practices.
- Experience working closely with contractors, architects, developers, and suppliers.
- Deep understanding of material specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
- Skilled in preparing quotations, BOQs, and project proposals.
- Ability to track project timelines, manage deliveries, and coordinate with logistics teams.
- Knowledge of market pricing, competitor products, and supplier networks.
- Experience supporting large construction projects from planning to completion.

- Ability to develop effective sales strategies and motivate a team.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 5 years experience in construction markets.
- Knowledge of industry-specific products or services.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
