Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
5 Years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Job Descriptions

Develop and execute student recruitment strategies to meet enrollment targets.
Conduct counseling sessions for prospective students and parents.
Follow up with inquiries through phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings.
Conduct school/college visits, education fairs, and corporate outreach.
Plan and implement marketing campaigns for courses and events.
Identify new opportunities for program promotion and student segmentation.
Provide insights and recommendations to management for product development.
Maintain engagement with alumni networks for referrals and events.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on leads, conversions, and campaign performance.
Track marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective promotions.
Train and supervise marketing and admissions staff as needed.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday(half), Sunday & Public Holidays
