Job Descriptions

  • Create sales and marketing plans and strategies.
  • Manage and train the team members.
  • Manage sales pipeline.
  • Manage leads generation through different channels and methods.
  • Track sales and marketing performance, analyze them and propose necessary action plans.
  • Build strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Achieve sales objectives for assigned products and expand market share in the related market.
  • Plan and monitor effective sales call management for the designated team, ensuring the right frequency and coverage of customers.
  • Lead the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) as assigned by management.
  • Forecast sales targets for the assigned region/channel and manage stock levels effectively in each territory.
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales and stock reports to management.
  • Conduct regular visits to key customers to gather market trends, industry updates, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain complete customer accountability in the assigned region, ensuring strong relationships and customer satisfaction.
  • Have to fulfill any other duties as may be reasonably required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree (or) equivalent diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, sales or related field or very strong experience in similar product sales and position
  • 4+ years of experience in sales and marketing management.
  • proficient in use of microsoft word, Excel, Powerpoint and Internet Email.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and techniques.
  • Can drive and must have driving license.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fast learner
  • Good attitude
  • Must be able to travel
  • Able to work in cross functional and be a good team player
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Able to use Microsoft Office/ e-mail/ other fundamental program for office staff

Working Hour: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday(half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
