Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate.
  • Fluent English.
  • At least 6 years of sales management experience, including work in the fertilizer sales sector.
  • Personal database of potential customers as advantage
  • Good knowledge of the geography of Myanmar
  • Communication skills, ability to negotiate with clients, presentation skills
  • Presentable appearance
  • Key account Customer management skills and personal experience of work with Key Accounts
  • Conducting online meetings with staff, regular work monitoring, establishing sales plans and control of fulfillment
  • Customer relationship management system CRM – Maintaining customer lists, reporting system for meetings with clients
  • Education in agriculture is welcome
  • Experience in organizing and conducting advertising campaigns, exhibitions, Social Media Management
  • Focus on sales results
  • Driver’s license , willingness to travel frequently

Job Descriptions

  • Establish, growing and managing a national sales system with two of our own Showrooms (South and Center of Myanmar), one large distributor (from top-3 national wide in Myanmar), local dealers and partners with consignment warehouses in some regions, Governmental partner – MCRD (the Ministry of Cooperation and Rural Development), and of regional sales representatives
  • HR work – sales team selection hiring, trainings,
  • Development and Control of pricing policy, adjusting it with the Distributors and partners
  • Control of client’s debt, debts management
  • Building and supporting a centralized system of relations with clients (CRM)
  • Organization and conducting field tests of our product efficacy
  • Skills in forecasting the demand for large and mass clients, developing sales plans by products and regions.
  • Ability to study and to implement the system of forecasting, proposed by the Company
  • Sales personnel motivation system – KPI performance indicators, reward and penalty system
  • Control of expenses of regional sales representatives, control of their workload, regular reporting system
  • Organization of product deliveries to clients
  • Inventory management based on the correct demand forecasts (with algorithms provided by the Company)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
