Job Descriptions

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet the company’s sales objectives.
Identify, target, and reach out to potential customers in the rice production, milling, and trading sectors.
Research and build a pipeline of potential customers, including rice millers, exporters, and quality inspectors.
Showcase the benefits of our rice quality inspection app through demonstrations, presentations, and meetings.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and content creation, to drive brand awareness.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Work closely with the product development and customer service teams to ensure customer feedback is integrated into app improvements.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the management team.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive, preferably in the tech, agriculture, or AI industry.
Strong knowledge of the rice industry and understanding of quality inspection standards is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools (e.g., Facebook, Tiptop marketing).

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
