Job Requirements
- Any Graduated and Diploma in sale & marketing, more prefer MBA
- Above 5 years’ experience in sales & marketing Manager, including management experience
- Age between 28 – 40 years
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability
- Creative thinking for Marketing Strategies
- Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to quickly learns new processes
- Able to work under pressure and meet targets
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Good presentation and reporting skills
- Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email)
- English – Intermediate level.
- Able to travel when required
Job Descriptions
- Develop sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets and goals
- Find new customers and expand market share
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs and wants
- Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market
- Study market trends and competitor activities
- Maintain strong relationships with clients
- Must have basic costing knowledge and the ability to perform cost calculations
- Manage pricing and ensure profitable sales
- Maximize team capacity by coaching, training & mentoring to meet KPIs
- Must be able to develop and implement effective SOPs related to business processes
- Must be able to handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
- Coordinate closely with Finance, HR, Production, and Maintenance teams
- Prepare sales reports and manage budget
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Half), Sunday & Public Holidays
