Job Description
- Finding prospective customers, new or existing, using cold calling, networking, and
other entrance methods - Arranging meetings with potential customers to provide consultation, solutions, and
quotations - Following up, negotiating, and executing the deals with customers to increase the
profit margin - Maintaining existing customer relations and keeping the customer portfolio up-to-date
at all times. - Handling the bidding and tendering processes
- Maintaining sales targets assigned every month
- Managing employees, including sales team members
- Analysing sales statistics to determine the sales and gross profit of different
customers and the performance of salespeople - Working with the Operation Team to resolve operation issues as needed.
- Identifying and determine the current rates in the market offered by competitors
- Researching and outsourcing suitable suppliers and vendors to establish new
projects - Monitoring and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data in the Odoo ERP
system by junior staffs. - Recording, preparing, and providing weekly and monthly reports for sales.
- Reporting to the Managing Director.
Working Hour : 9:00A.M to 5: 30P.M
Holiday : Sunday & Public Holiday
