Job Requirements
- Any Graduate, especially with a Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Over 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the Electric & Electronic industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Sale& marketing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel as required.
- If needed have to go occasionally
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team.
- Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance re-views.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on achieving excellence.
- Plan and manage promotional events, trade shows, and sponsorship activities.
- Develop content and promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
- Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities to expand market share.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and analysis to senior management.
- The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehen-sive sales and marketing strategies to drive growth in the Electronic segment.
- This role in-volves leading a team, managing key accounts, developing marketing campaigns, and achieving sales targets.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Four days per month
