Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 6+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
Creativity in developing and executing marketing strategies.
Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, Social Media Ads, etc.).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong understanding of customer behavior and market trends.
Self-motivated and proactive in driving results Optimize website and landing pages for user experience and lead generation.

Job Description

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Manage and lead the sales & marketing team, setting performance goals and providing training as needed.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management.
Develop and manage branding strategies to enhance company visibility.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts.
Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high ROI.

Working Hour : 8:00A.M to 4: 00P.M
Holiday : Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
