Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in sales & marketing management (preferably in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG sectors).
- Excellent understanding of product positioning, customer segmentation, and sales strategy planning.
- Strong computer literacy: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet & Email.
- Flexibility to handle diverse product portfolios (OTC, prescription, supplements, cosmetics).
- Adaptability to various business models (B2B, B2C, consignment, direct distribution, etc.).
- Must possess strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Job Description
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Design and execute effective sales strategies for both wholesale and retail operations.
- Establish new business relationships with pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals.
- Monitor sales pipeline, ensure target achievement, and track market demand & competition.
- Deliver insightful sales reports and forecasts to senior leadership regularly.
Marketing & Brand Growth
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns (offline & online) to support product sales.
- Lead market research efforts and identify new product & branding opportunities.
- Supervise and improve digital presence, promotions, and product positioning.
- Ensure synergy between sales efforts and marketing messaging.
Team Leadership & Cross-Departmental Coordination
- Lead, train, and motivate the Sales & Marketing team to deliver results.
- Define clear KPIs and review performance with structured feedback and development plans.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: One Day Per Week & Public Holidays
