Job Descriptions
  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of our marketing campaigns and ensuring that all marketing
  • activities are in line with our company’s mission and standards. Represents the company’s building and leading a
  • team of salespeople to help drive revenue. Motivate the teams to generate leads, build client relationships, set targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs.
  • Maintaining consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels, including print, digital, and social media. 
  • Ensure that messaging is aligned with the company’s values and mission and that it resonates with the target audience.
  • Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market
  • Marketing Strategy and Implementation
  • Strategy development and planning of campaigns that can promote the business and generate genuine traffic (both offline and online)
  • Creating comprehensive marketing plans that align with the business goals, strategy and objectives.
  • Understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals
  • Conducting market research, identifying target audiences, and developing messaging that resonates with potential customers.
  • Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, production departments and all of stakeholders. 
  • Creating engaging and informative content for the website, blog, social media, and any other content marketing channels that the business might leverage
  • Implementation of the marketing campaigns right from ideation to final analysis and refinement
  • Drive strategies to increase brand and product awareness, profitability.
  • Allocating and managing budgets for various marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Ensure that resources are used effectively and efficiently to achieve the desired results.
  • Build relationships with vendors, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure that marketing activities are executed smoothly.
  • Maintain relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
  • Training & Development (Team Support Function) hiring, support for recruiting, training, coaching for marketing department staff, and managing sales & marketing for department objectives.
  • Report and other assigned for Management Team.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in sales & marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • At least 7 years’ experience in similar manager roles.
  • Experience in management may be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
