Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry or related field.
Minimum 8-9 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the poultry feed industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record in developing new markets and increasing sales volume.
Good leadership, analytical, and team management abilities.
Willingness to travel frequently and work independently.

Description

Sales & Business Development
Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify and approach new customers, including poultry farms, dealers, and distributors.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
Conduct regular market visits to explore business opportunities and gather competitor information.
Negotiate prices, contracts, and credit terms with clients.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and analysis to management.
Marketing & Promotion
Plan and execute marketing activities, promotions, and campaigns to drive sales growth.
Coordinate with technical and production teams on product improvements and customer support.
Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis for management review.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and farmers through visits, meetings, and promotional events.
Team Management
Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance and sales goals.
Conduct regular product knowledge and sales training for staff and dealers.

Working Hours: 9:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M.
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
