Job Descriptions
- Ensure smooth operations to achieve customer satisfaction o Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and handle inbound/outbound calls to customers regarding all activities
- Must explain the product interestingly o Willing to work to the best o Completely support to the Sales &
- Marketing team
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
