Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Trade, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in petroleum trading or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of global petroleum markets, trade regulations, and logistics.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and supplier management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
- Proficiency in trading and logistics software, as well as data analysis tools.
- Additional Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
Job Descriptions
- Must have experience in oil import business. (MPT, PPRT limitations must be known.)
- Must have experience in oil distribution (Own PO). (Must obtain FESC, MPTA approval.)
- Must have experience in Importing Clearance.
- It is better if you have experience in export.
- Documents related to importing oil; Shipment issues; Should have worked in port loading/unloading matters.
- Drafting of contract matters; Must be able to review.
- Must be able to calculate the budget for the Business/Projects to be done.
- Must be able to do Supplier Negotiation.
- Must have a little understanding of Marketing Management.
- Must understand logistics management.
- Must be able to do it as a team.
- Must be able to do every SOP/Policy.
- Must be able to do Shipment Clearance.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holiday: Saturday (WFH), Sunday & Public Holidays
