Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell residential and commercial properties.
- Handle client inquiries and provide property recommendations.
- Coordinate property viewings, negotiations, and closings.
- Maintain and update property listings and sales records.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, property owners, and agents.
- Conduct market research to support pricing and marketing strategies.
- Ensure all sales and rental processes comply with company and legal standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in real estate sales or rentals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of local real estate market and property trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field is preferred.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday Alternate, Sunday & Public Holidays
