Job Requriements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, retail, or trade marketing roles, particularly in beauty, consumer goods, FMCG, or similar sectors.
- Experience working directly with retailers and distributors.
- Familiarity with sales tracking systems, CRM tools, and point of sale (POS) systems.
- Experience in promotions management and product merchandising is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for data analysis and reporting).
- Keenness in socializing, nurturing team members, grooming.
- Organization skills especially for schedule planning and awards organization.
- Management skills required to manage, motivate, coach beauty advisors and sales executives.
Job Description
- Connect with stores managers, stores supervisors and create relationship by regularly visiting them (monthly).
- Collaborate with retail partners and distributors to ensure timely product availability and proper placement on shelves at eye-level, fully visible and accordingly to routine steps.
- Provide guidance and support to retailers to optimize product visibility and sales at the point of sale (POS).
- Monitor sell-out data (sales from retailers to consumers) to track product performance.
- Analyze sales trends, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable insights to internal teams.
- Monitor stock levels to avoid stockouts and overstocks, ensuring products are readily available in key locations.
- Coordinate with sales executives, beauty advisors and distributors to maintain inventory levels that meet demand.
- Track beauty advisors daily-sell out.
- Organize Beauty Advisors awards to boost sales and monitor incentives mechanism performance.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns that drive sales at the retail level (glorifiers, wobblers, merchandising kits, testers, doctor logo, counter displays, samplings, leaflets…).
- Ensure effective deployment of POS materials, special offers, and sales promotions to increase consumer interest and influence purchase choices.
- Ensure the campaign priorities are listed and well understood by sales force.
- Prepare regular reports on sell-out performance of Bas, POS, road shows activities, highlighting key metrics and progress toward sales goals.
- Provide sales forecasts based on market data and trends to support inventory and distribution planning.
- Together with trainer, train and support retail staff on product features, sales techniques, and promotional strategies to enhance sales performance; use customer-seller role-play as a key tool in developing staffs’ abilities.
- Address any sales-related issues or feedback from retailers to improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Conduct competitor analysis to understand market dynamics and identify opportunities for product differentiation by writing monthly report and recommendations as well as call to action.
- Stay informed on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor actions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and delivery teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless sell-out process.
- Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams to help optimize future campaigns and product offerings.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday& Public Holidays
