Job Description

  • Help customers find the spare parts they are looking for.
  • Read catalogs to find correct parts code for customer require parts.
  • Order new parts from catalog as needed.
  • Determine replacement parts required, according to inspections of old parts, customer requests, or customers’ descriptions of malfunctions.
  • Recommend substitute parts or show customers how to modify parts.
  • Take inventory of stock and check & reply when if customer order.
  • Measure parts, using precision measuring instruments to determine whether similar parts may be machined to required size.
  • Answer the customers’ questions or problems.
  • Use knowledge of machines and equipment to discuss the use and features of parts.
  • Look up stock numbers and prices for parts in catalogs or on computers.
  • Receive and deliver parts to customers.

 

Job Requirement

  • Any Graduate. Better if have Spare Parts Sale experience.
  • Al least 3years experiences in related field.
  • Ability to speak effectively one on one.
  • Ability to effectively listen.
  • Ability to interpret customer needs.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Treat all employees and customers fairly, courteously and with dignity
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers, other employees and owners
  • Must be willing to learn about spare parts and other related work.
  • Must interest in growing the parts business.

 

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
