Job Descriptions

Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of sales assistants to achieve individual and team sales targets
Implement and manage sales initiatives to support the Business growth
Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing regular feedback to team
Assist in training new sales team members
Ensure high standards of customer service, addressing customer inquiries and complaints promptly
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales, merchandising, and inventory management
Oversee visual merchandising and product displays to maximize sales potential
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, pricing, and sales activities
Prepare the sales and inventory reports to re-order
Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans
Participate in seasonal campaign and other marketing events in store
Ensuring Compliance and Operating Under SOPs

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree Holder
3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful sales teams
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
Experience in retail showroom management is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of construction materials and home appliances industry
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Working Hours: 8:30AM – 5:00PM

Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
