Job Description
- Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of sales assistants to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Implement and manage sales initiatives to support the Business growth
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing regular feedback to team
- Assist in training new sales team members
- Ensure high standards of customer service, addressing customer inquiries and complaints promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales, merchandising, and inventory management
- Oversee visual merchandising and product displays to maximize sales potential
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, pricing, and sales activities
- Prepare the sales and inventory reports to re-order
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans
- Participate in seasonal campaign and other marketing events in store
- Ensuring Compliance and Operating Under SOPs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree Holder
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful sales teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Experience in retail showroom management is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and home appliances industry
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Working Hours: 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Holidays: One Day Per Week
