Job Descriptions
• To achieve individual assigned area sales target.
• To review daily , weekly and monthly result.
• To reinforce passive distribution and to gain consistent stock availability at assigned areas.
• To develop and manage sales team which is well trained and highly motivated in order that sales and distribution representation is superior to the competition in respect of both core and added value services.
• To collect market information and data by area and apply back market data to outcome good result.
• To present back market feedback and area status to management and make suggestion product awareness, image and support marketing activities.
• To set forward POSM allocation plan for Brand awareness dominant.
• To insightfully understand of sales supervisor’s basic function and apply back.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday &Public Holidays
