Job Requirement
- Any Graduate (Business Background Preferred)
- Shop Sales Operation တွင် 2–4 years အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်။
- Customer Service & Communication Skill ကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- MS Excel, Google Sheet, Odoo Software အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
Job Descriptions
- Daily Shop Operation အပြည့်အစုံကို ကြီးကြပ်ထိန်းချုပ်ခြင်း
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly Sales Target များကို Setting ပြုလုပ်ပြီး Team ကို ညွှန်ကြားအားပေးခြင်း
- Customer Complaint/ Special Request များကို အချိန်မီ ဖြေရှင်းပေးခြင်း
- Shop Display, Stock Arrangement, Cleanliness များကို စနစ်တကျ စစ်ဆေးကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း
- Stock In/Out, Inventory Count, Damage/Loss Report များကို တိတိကျကျ တင်ပြခြင်း
- Management Team သို့ Daily Sales Report / Customer Feedback Report များ တင်ပြခြင်း
- Management Assign ပြုလုပ်ပေးသည့် တာဝန်များကို အချိန်မီ ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
Other Allowance: Attendance Bonus+ (Based upon the skills and experiences)
