Job Requirements
•Any Graduate, preferably with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or a related field.
•Diploma or Certificate in Sales and Marketing is an advantage.
•Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in sales supervision, preferably in purified drinking water, beverage, of FMCG industry.
•Experience handling retail, wholesale, and distribution channels.
•Previous experience in route sales, GPS monitoring, or delivery coordination is preferred.
•Strong knowledge of sales operations, customer service, and distribution management.
•Ability to develop and monitor sales and delivery plans effectively.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
•Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting ability.
•Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and route planning tools.
•Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
•Team-oriented and capable of managing field sales staff.
•Must hold a valid car driving license.
•Willing to travel frequently for customer visits and route monitoring
•Ability to work under pressure and meet daily and monthly sales targets.
•High level of responsibility, integrity, and reliability.
•Good command of both English and Myanmar Languages.
Working Hour: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
