Job Descriptions
- Help develop and carry out sales strategies to grow the customer base and improve overall sales performance.
- Oversee and implement day-to-day sales team activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Manage daily sales operations by following set routes and schedules to ensure efficiency.
- Monitor market trends and new business opportunities to stay ahead.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
- Keep accurate records of all sales transactions and prepare regular reports for management.
- Create and apply sales plans to meet and exceed company sales targets.
- Review sales performance data and provide feedback and strategies for improvement.
- Supervise the sales team, offering coaching, participating, implementing and support to boost productivity.
- Have to fulfill any other duties as may be reasonably required
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree Holder. (Diploma in Sales & Marketing preferred), or other equivalent or very strong experience in similar product sales and position
- At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG sector
- Can drive and must have driving license.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and sales-related tools.
- Strong communication skills and must have teamwork spirit.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fast learner
- Good attitude
- Must be able to travel
- Able to work in cross functional and be a good team player
- Able to communicate in English at basic level
- Able to use Microsoft Office/ e-mail/ other fundamental program for office staff
Working Hour: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
