Job Requirements
- Any Graduated
- At least between (2) years or more’ experience in Retail Sales field
- English Proficiency skill needed
- Good leadership skills and communication skills
- Able to work in Mandalay
- Able to work under pressure
- Can be able to use Microsoft office (Excel, Word and Power Point)
Job Descriptions
- A person who can direct manage to their employees.
- Achievement for monthly sales target.
- Action for monthly sale activities and daily update report.
- Finding new customers and sales opportunities for profit.
- Gather and understand market information including competition to share and feed to related company functions.
- Manage sales promoters and daily operations
- Supervise the day-to-day activities of sales promoters and participate in the sale of products.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by superior with time management.
- Recover customer satisfaction from dissatisfied customers by professionally handing complaint as per procedure and guideline provided.
- Able to coach sales staff and promoters well
- A person who can manage the affairs of the branch to responsible.
- Developing and maintaining sales plan for the branch.
- Developing and motivating branch employee performance.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holiday: One day per week
