Job Requirements
- Any Degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the telecom or ISP industry is a plus.
- Proven expertise in managing and leading online and offline sales teams to achieve results.
- Strong knowledge of telecom and ISP products, services, and market trends.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute OOH marketing campaigns in local markets effectively.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate teams and build strong relationships with customers.
- A results-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.
- Willingness to travel locally to oversee campaigns and manage team operations as needed.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance tracking systems to monitor and report team progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage both online and offline sales teams to ensure the achievement of sales targets for ISP consumer plans.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies with a strong focus on converting potential leads into paying customers.
- Plan and execute Out-Of-Home (OOH) marketing campaigns at local area stores to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, including planning their routes and marketing activities to optimize productivity and market coverage.
- Monitor the sales team’s performance against set targets, provide regular feedback, and implement training programs to enhance their skills and efficiency.
- Focus on building a seamless and efficient customer acquisition process, ensuring end-to-end conversion from lead generation to successful subscription.
- Utilize expertise in the telecom and ISP industry to identify market opportunities and develop tailored sales approaches to meet customer needs.
- Analyze local market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to refine marketing and sales strategies for maximum effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing, product, and customer support teams, to ensure consistent messaging and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present detailed performance reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to provide insights to senior management and guide decision-making.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
