Job Requirements

Minimum 2–4 years sales experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role.
Experience in FMCG, retail, distribution, or related industry is an advantage.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports.
Good customer relationship management skills.
Able to work under pressure and meet monthly targets.
Basic computer skills: MS Excel, Word, Email, reporting tools.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Result-oriented and proactive.
Good teamwork and leadership personality.
Reliable, disciplined, and responsible.
Must be willing to travel as needed.
Must own a valid driving license (if required by company).
Prefer candidates familiar with the local market.

Job Descriptions

Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Plan daily/weekly sales activities and set performance goals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Train and guide sales staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Conduct regular field visits with the sales team.
Ensure timely reporting: sales reports, market updates, stock status, etc.
Coordinate with marketing, warehouse, and other departments for smooth operations.

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM

Holiday: Sunday & Public Holidays
