Job Requirements
- Age (25 to 35).
- Graduate (a degree in business or related field is a plus).
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and customers.
- Understanding of retail sales techniques and strategies to drive revenue.
- Ability to address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Strong decision-making skills to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Job Requirements
- Supervising and coaching the sales team.
- Setting sales goals and monitoring individual and team performance.
- Motivating and inspiring the sales team to achieve targets.
- Overseeing customer service standards and resolving customer complaints.
- Managing store inventory levels and ensuring proper stock maintenance.
- Creating sales reports.
Working Hours: Junction City, Hledan, Sein-John, Myanmar Plaza Shopping Mall
များတွင် (4 or 3 ရက်) (9:00 am to 5:00 Pm) ၊ Head Office (2) ရက် (8:15 am to 4:00 pm)
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Gazette Holiday
Allowance: HO တွင် နီးစပ်ရာကားဂိတ်ထိ Ferry ရှိပါမည် ။ Salary + Incentive
